The purpose of ICO

Our goal is to attract 1.5 million AGR due to the large number of investments to expand agricultural production facilities of Agrivita organic agriculture. The funds raised will be used for the development of organic infrastructure.

Limited token issue

No one is entitled to token emissions, either early or additional. The right to the emission will be transferred to the ICO smart contract before it is launched and the token will be automatically issued to the user account, from which the ether is forwarded to the ICO address, here, the number of ether, which can be collected on the limited ICO as well as the maximum number of tokens with smart contract logic. After issuing the maximum number of tokens, the contract will stop receiving ether, but all received amount will be sent to the investor's address, which specifies the token.

Purchase tokens

14 months after token launch, the possibility to buy back tokens for ether will be launched at a rate of one token per 1 USD. The fixed amount in the ether will be repurchased monthly. A user must buy back by sending a token at a special address, after which the ether will be forwarded from the contract address in the user's address. If it exceeds the buyback limit, the token will be returned to the investor. Tokens can be bought back only during the first three years after the procedure begins.

Token exchange

The exchange takes place 14 months after the token launch by sending the token at a special address. Here, agricultural products purchased with AGR tokens will be ignored. This means that each token holder can redeem to the product by selecting it at agrivita.ru. During ordering, QR code-the wallet address must be made to transfer the token. After successfully forwarding AGR enough, the product will be given to members of the Agrivita community for free.

DISTRIBUSI TOKEN

All funds raised at ICO from participants of the Agrivita community will be used for the development and expansion of Agrivita's organic farm.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

Anyone who purchases the token becomes a participant of the Loyalty Program.
