How to work?
- The seller shows the value in the currency that is comfortable for him. After the order is fully processed the seller gets 100% declared value.
- The buyer sees the final price for it, the system automatically calculates all required percentages and commissions.
- Payment is always made through the transit wallet, at the time the transfer of the seller's funds is charged a commission (5%). This fund comes in to support the system, customer protection program, cashback (in amount of 1 to 3%) and further development of the project.
- If the buyer is not satisfied with the seller's goods or services, he has opportunity to open disputes.
- If the buyer and seller can not resolve the dispute, the buyer withdraws a claim. The administration of the platform decides the dispute, taking into account facts provided by both parties.
- The seller has two types of ratings: a rating of feedback and a trust rating.
- Valid trust rating is 1 claim for 300 orders, with amount not exceeding 2 * average amount for order.
- The novice seller receives the transfer after Estimated Shipping Day + 7 (~ 10 to 40 days depending on shipping), if there is no dispute or claim. In the event that disputes are opened, funds transfers occur after disputes are resolved.
- Seller with a six month service record (condition 1) and who successfully processes more than 100 orders (provision 2) receives payment immediately after confirming delivery in the form of track number.
- If only 1 (six months service) conditions are met, but the second is not - the seller can deposit the same security with the monthly average turnover and receive the money immediately after sending. The deposit will be refunded upon reaching 100 orders processed or at the request of the seller. In the case of a claim from the customer, the deposit will be used to recover the funds.
- Accordingly, in this case, the deposit will not be fully refunded, or will not be refunded back at all; with the loss of 50% of the deposit for the replacement of the buyer, the seller will be banned.
- It is permitted to ship merely with services that provide online tracking.

Operational Concept
When signing up for AlphaMarket, buyers and sellers gain access to the platform's private account. Sellers can be online stores, and standard users make one-time sales. Once the buyer selects the goods and agrees with the seller, the terms of the transaction, the form and the time of delivery, the buyer makes a prepayment to a special transit account. When the seller sees that the funds have arrived at the transit account, he sends the goods in an agreed arrangement format. If the goods paid are not shipped by the seller within four business days, the money is automatically transferred back to the buyer. The expected delivery time of goods is displayed in the buyer's and seller's personal account. At the end of this time plus an additional seven days, without any dispute (and claim) between the buyer and seller, funds from the transit account are transferred to the seller's account. The buyer has the opportunity to leave feedback about the products received and the services provided.
